At VLKNA Ltd., we treat every withdrawal request with the highest priority, maintaining a balance between rapid processing and strict compliance with international financial, regulatory, and anti-fraud obligations. This policy outlines in full detail the expectations, requirements, and procedures related to withdrawing funds from your VLKNA account.
This document is an extension of our General Terms and Conditions and forms a legally binding component of your agreement with us as a registered user.
1. Overview of Withdrawal Operations
Withdrawals are subject to verification and are generally processed using the same payment method originally used to fund the account, in line with our closed-loop policy. This measure protects both the user and the platform against identity fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized financial activity. VLKNA reserves the right to determine the most appropriate payment channel depending on account activity, currency, and verification status.
2. Monthly and Transactional Limits
In alignment with Section 8 of the VLKNA Terms and Conditions, monthly withdrawal limits are initially capped at $10,000 USD (or currency equivalent). Higher thresholds (up to $20,000 USD or more) may be made available based on account activity, enhanced verification, and VIP status.
Requests exceeding your authorized monthly limit may be reviewed, segmented, or scheduled in staggered payments. These procedures are intended to support financial compliance, risk mitigation, and system stability
3. Withdrawals of Non-Wagered or Low-Risk Funds
Funds not associated with gameplay activity (non-wagered deposits or low-risk behavior) may require enhanced scrutiny. In such scenarios, additional documentation may be required, and VLKNA reserves the right to:
Apply administrative fees to mitigate transactional overheads
Withhold approval until the origin and purpose of the funds are fully clarified

4. Identity Verification and Documentation Requirements

Where a withdrawal request involves a currency different from your account balance or deposit currency, a currency conversion will be applied based on mid-market exchange rates at the time of processing. An additional margin may be factored in to cover currency volatility and administrative cost.
All amounts will be clearly indicated in both original and payout currency, along with the applied conversion rate.
6. Processing Timelines and Notifications
VLKNA aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within the following standard timeframes:
Crypto and e-wallet payouts: typically within 24 hours
Bank transfers: 2 to 5 business days
Card withdrawals: subject to card issuer timelines (typically 3 to 7 business days)
During high-traffic periods or if additional compliance checks are required, processing times may be extended. Users will be notified of any delay beyond 48 hours and provided with regular status updates.
7. Card-Based Withdrawals and Regulatory Limitations
Due to international restrictions and compliance constraints related to certain card issuers (e.g., Visa/Mastercard), withdrawals to credit or debit cards may be disabled in specific countries. In these cases, VLKNA reserves the right to:
Request a verified bank account as an alternative
Redirect the payout to a crypto wallet or e-wallet supported by our infrastructure

8. Security Auditing and Withheld Transactions
