Bonus Terms and Promotional Policy

VLKNA Ltd. ("VLKNA", "we", "us", or "our") operates under a licensing framework issued by the Government of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, and is committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and responsible promotional practices across all bonus-related offers. This policy outlines the rules, limitations, and expectations tied to the activation, usage, wagering, and withdrawal of any form of promotional value, whether issued automatically, claimed manually, or offered through loyalty mechanisms.

This document is an extension of our General Terms and Conditions and forms a legally binding component of your agreement with us as a registered user. All bonuses are subject to audit and compliance with internal fraud prevention systems and regulatory standards.

1. Welcome Bonus – Structure and Eligibility

The VLKNA Welcome Bonus may be structured in tiers. A sample tier-based offer may include:

100% deposit match up to $500 (first deposit)

Additional bonus tiers for second and third deposits

Free Spins allocated over several days

To be eligible:

You must be 18 years or older and located in a jurisdiction where participation is legally permitted.

You must be a new, first-time registrant with no previous accounts or bonus claims on our platform.

Minimum deposit requirements apply (typically $10 USD). All bonuses must be claimed through your account dashboard and are subject to expiration if not activated within a specified timeframe.

2. Bonus Mechanics and Conditions

Bonuses issued by VLKNA are credited as Bonus Money, which remains separate from Real Money. Bonus Money is restricted and non-withdrawable until specific wagering criteria are met.

Wagering requirements are typically set at 30x the bonus amount, or 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount if a deposit match bonus is applied. The default expiry for unclaimed or unwagered bonus value is 30 days unless otherwise stated.

You may only have one active bonus at a time. Starting a new bonus while an existing one remains incomplete will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus and any associated winnings.

3. Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Different games contribute differently toward fulfilling the wagering requirement:

Slots, Scratchcards, Keno: 100%

Blackjack, Roulette, Table Games: 10%

Live Casino: 5%

Baccarat and Progressive Jackpots: 0%

Certain slots or games may be excluded entirely due to exploit risks. Attempts to use bonus funds to progress toward bonus rounds and then switch to Real Money to complete those rounds constitutes abuse and may lead to confiscation.

4. Bet Limits and Gameplay Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet allowed while using bonus funds is:

$5 USD (or equivalent) per spin

$0.50 per bet line

Exceeding these thresholds prior to completing wagering requirements may result in the voiding of the bonus and all winnings derived from it.

Players are also prohibited from delaying bonus rounds or triggering game features with bonus funds and attempting to complete them later using real funds.

5. Free Spins, Wager-Free Spins & Valuables

Free Spins (FS) may be offered as part of deposit campaigns or reward programs. They are categorized as:

Standard Free Spins: Winnings credited as Bonus Money, subject to wagering requirements

Wager-Free Spins: Winnings credited as Real Money, no wagering requirements

Free Spins have specific game allocations, activation periods, and expiry dates. Failure to use spins within the allocated period will result in forfeiture.

Valuables are user-specific bonuses or rewards that appear in your account and are subject to their own terms regarding activation, expiry, and game limitations.

6. Deposit Match Bonuses and Accumulation

Deposit Bonuses may be claimed consecutively but are not stackable. If you initiate a new deposit bonus before completing the previous one, the uncompleted bonus will be forfeited.

Accumulated wagering from uncompleted bonuses may carry forward, but the conditions of the most recent active bonus will override all previous terms.

7. Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play

VLKNA reserves the right to investigate and revoke any bonuses or winnings derived from abusive behavior. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple accounts operated by the same individual or group

IP masking, VPN tunneling, or geo-location manipulation

Zero-risk betting or opposing bets placed across multiple accounts

Deposit and withdrawal patterns inconsistent with typical gameplay

Use of low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering with minimal risk

Players involved in bonus abuse may face account suspension, permanent exclusion from future promotions, and confiscation of funds resulting from bonus manipulation.

8. Withdrawal of Bonus-Related Winnings

Bonus Money is converted to Real Money once wagering is completed. Until this point, any request to withdraw your cash balance will result in the cancellation of the active bonus and associated winnings

Withdrawals may be delayed or blocked if:

You fail to meet verification or KYC requirements

Fraud detection or responsible gaming alerts are triggered

You exceed monthly or transactional withdrawal limits linked to bonuses

9. Expiration and Forfeiture

All bonuses, free spins, and related promotional assets carry an expiration timeframe. If not used within the specified period, they will be voided automatically.

If you request a withdrawal prior to fulfilling the wagering requirement, your bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

10. Discretion and Amendments

VLKNA reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion. We may also:

Correct typographical or configuration errors

Reclaim bonuses issued in error

Deny participation to specific users based on risk assessment, violation history, or responsible gaming status

11. Responsible Bonus Use

Bonuses are issued to encourage fair play and customer engagement. Players with signs of problem gambling or self-exclusion are not eligible to claim or continue using bonuses.

Use of bonuses in contradiction to responsible gaming principles may result in forfeiture and limitation of future offers.
